In this design we used four sublimation
sheets for the front and four for the
back. Arms include two sublimations each.
Leg print is a cad cut application.
The yellow area is sublimated, and the green area has cad cut design applied. Front of uniform has two sublimation sheets, 2 legs are one sheet.
In this uniform the stars on top and on
the legs are cad cut. Cad cut is applied
to DARK colors. The red and white stripes
are sewn together. The side panel in the
shorts is both sewn together, cad cut with
sublimation on the white areas. USA on
collar is cad cut.

Individual or team lettering may be added to each uniform.
Both sublimation and added cad applied design may be added
to each uniform.
Sublimation:
Dyes graphics, design and background into a white or light colored
fabric. Sublimation sheets are each about 8 x 10" and are pieced
together to create a total design. Example: Top front of the
uniform uses 4 sublimation sheets. Unlimited colors in each print
sheet (try a million). Short sleeve arms about one each. Back of
the suit also uses 4 prints.
Each sublimation sheet adds $5.00 each to the total cost of the uniform.
Cad cutting
Another form of computer generated art. Lettering can
be simple or fancy. It is cut and heat sealed onto a darker color on
the garment. Good cost use can be personal names, sponsors, club name
or logo. Small names are $3.00 ea. And larger ones between $4.00 & $5.00
per print. Cost based on size. Colors for applied cad include
metallic gold, metallic silver, white, black, red, royal blue, hot
pink, gold and kelly green.
